We are an outpatient, online psychotherapy practice located in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA and serving clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidenced-based psychotherapy services tailored to our client's needs. We believe that therapy should be affordable, accessible and able to work with your schedule.
In our practice, therapy starts with recognizing what you bring to the table. The courage and resilience that got you to this page are the tip of the iceberg of the strengths that we can leverage to help manage the challenges you are facing. Our approach to therapy centers the ways individuals cope across different contexts of our lives. Behavioral patterns that are strengths in one area of our lives may be holding us back in others. What works in the short term can perpetuate suffering in the long term. We want to support you to cope with life's challenges by leveraging all of your strengths in a flexible way that works in any context.
Our outpatient psychotherapy services are available for those facing a range of life's challenges including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship conflicts. We apply evidenced-based interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT). If you are interested in learning more about how these treatments might fit your needs, check out the What We Offer page.
